Welcome to MaDaZ AI. By accessing our platform, using our autonomous agents (07 and BuddY), or interacting with our intelligence infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

MaDaZ AI provides institutional-grade AI infrastructure, including autonomous trading agents and multi-domain intelligence tools. Our services are provided as-is, designed for utility and analytical purposes.

2. No Financial Advice

All content, signals, and autonomous actions generated by MaDaZ-AI·07 or MaDaZ-AGI·BuddY are based on algorithmic analysis. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions.

3. User Responsibility & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own API keys (e.g., Binance API). MaDaZ AI operates via isolated Docker containers to ensure zero-shared access, but the user is responsible for any activity performed under their account.

4. Intellectual Property

The "MaDaZ AI" name, logos, proprietary cryptographic layers, and fine-tuned 8B LLM architectures are the exclusive property of MADAZAI LTD. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

MADAZAI LTD and its founder, Ahmed Eid, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, system downtimes, or market volatility. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service subscription.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to our systems for any user found attempting to breach our security layers, reverse-engineer our agents, or use the system for unlawful activities.
